- Step 1
For Mustard Leaves Tortilla
In a bowl add 2 tbsp maida,1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter, prepared mustard leaves puree and mix it well.
- Step 2
Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 3
Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides.
- Step 4
For Tofu Rajma Mixture
In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/8th tsp jeera ,1/4th tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/8th tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute it well.
- Step 5
Add into the 1/4 cup grated tofu,1 tbsp boiled and mashed rajma,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp dhania powder,1/4th tsp garam masala ,1/8th tsp Salt and mix well.
- Step 6
Place mustard leaves tortilla and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and tofu rajma mixture.
- Step 7
Roll it with a hand and serve.
