Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/8 tsp jeera,1 clove, 1 black peppercorn,1 bay leaf, 1/8 tsp hing and saute.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2.5 tbsp chopped bottle gourd, 1 tbsp fresh peas and cook for a minute
- Step 3
Add soaked rajma, 2 tbsp rice, 1/8 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 5
Add water as required, close the lid and pressure cook for up to 3 whistles.
- Step 6
Serve hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd or kadhi
