Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp suji/rava, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp salt, water as required and mix it well to make a thin batter.
- Step 2
Heat tawa, pour a ladle of batter on it. Then add 1.5 tsp oil on the dosa & sides of it, cook for a minute. Then flip it & roast evenly. Serve hot.
