- Step 1
On a cutting board, place the ravas fish and marinate with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp salt and 2 tsp kokum syrup.
- Step 2
Now add 2 tsp oil in a pan, let it heat.
- Step 3
Dip fish in suji evenly and shallow fry in the pan until well cooked and turns light brown in color on both sides.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
