Boil 1 raw banana and peel it.

In a bowl, add cooked raw banana, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1 tbsp besan, mash everything and mix well.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding kalonji seeds.
- Step 4
Divide into equal parts, make cutlets of the desired shape, and keep aside.
- Step 5
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, place the cutlets, and shallow fry until crispy and golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
