- Step 1
For Rice
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 cup julienne onion,1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 25 g grated raw mango, 1/8 tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 2
Now add cooked basmati rice and mix well.
- Step 3
For Gravy
Take another pan and heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 cup julienne onion, cooked rajma, tomato puree ,1/8 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 4
Take a serving bowl and add few portions of cooked rice and then add some portions of cooked rajma gravy. Alternatively layer gravy and rice.
- Step 5
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
