Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Soak and cook 2 tbsp red rice.
- Step 2
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp jeera, 6 kadi patta,
- Step 3
Once the rai and jeera start crackling, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and sauté.
- Step 4
Once the onions start to soften, add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt and cooked red rice.
- Step 5
Add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum and saute.
- Step 6
Mix and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice.
- Step 8
Serve fresh and hot.
