- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp besan, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp finely grated cucumber, 1 tbsp suji, and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt and mix again.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Heat a pan and pour a ladle full of batter.
- Step 5
Add 1.25 tsp oil from the sides of the pancake and cook, flip the pancake and cook from both sides.
- Step 6
Serve with your favorite chutney and ketchup.
