In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated cauliflower,1/8 cup rice flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and salt for taste

Knead into a semisoft dough using warm water as required
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide into equal parts and roll it evenly
- Step 6
Heat a tava and roast using oil on both sides until light brown
- Step 7
Serve with curries or raita
