- Step 1
Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a pressure cooker.
- Step 2
In the pressure cooker add 3 kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing and 1/4 tsp haldi.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp salt along with 1 tbsp soaked rice, 1 tbsp soaked moong dal and water as required. Stir well and pressure cook.
- Step 4
Once cooked, take off the flame and blend it. Once a soup like consistency is obtained, transfer to a serving bowl.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 6
Garnish with a coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
