Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add dhokla batter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Step 2
Whisk all the ingredients well.
- Step 3
Grease a plate with little oil and pour the batter.
- Step 4
Steam it for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
- Step 5
Once cooked, gently demould, cut into pieces and keep aside.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Serve with chutney
