In a bowl, add 1/2 cup soaked poha, 2 tbsp boiled mashed raw banana, 1/2 cup chopped amaranth leaves, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, mix everything well and make cutlets.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 3
Heat 2 tsp oil, add cutlets and shallow fry till they turn golden brown.
