Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add fermented batter add into the 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp salt, chopped drumstick leaves and mix it well.
- Step 2
Pour batter into the greased idli mold and steam it in a double boiler.
- Step 3
Serve hot with chutney.
