- Step 1
Heat 1/2 tsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame. Add 1/8 tbsp diced onion and sauté.
- Step 2
Once the onions start turning translucent, add 2 tsp garlic and sauté.
- Step 3
Once slight aroma starts coming, add water as required along with 1/4 cup diced potato, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 4
Cover allowing it to simmer.
- Step 5
Once cooked, pour the soup in a blender and blend until a soup like consistency is obtained.
- Step 6
Garnish with an onion slice and a coriander leaf.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
