- Step 1
In a bowl add soaked and drained 2 tbsp sabudana, 2 tbsp boiled potato, 1/2 tsp peanut powder, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/3 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
- Step 2
Apply oil on banana leaf, take a small ball of thalipeeth dough, pat it gently into round and make hole with fingers.
- Step 3
Heat tawa, add 1/2 tsp ghee and roast thalipeeth on both sides.
- Step 4
Serve with a bowl Nestlé A+ Curd
