- Step 1
Combine 1/2 cup grated paneer and 2 tsp powdered sugar.

Add 1/2 tsp maida and 1 tsp milk powder.
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp Nestle Milkmaid and blend till smooth.
- Step 4
Mash lightly on a flat surface using your palm.
- Step 5
Transfer in a nonstick pan and cook.
- Step 6
Cook for 1520 minutes till it is dry.
- Step 7
Spread evenly on a greased thali and cool.
- Step 8
Cut into desired shape and size.
- Step 9
Serve Sandesh chilled.
