- Step 1
For Khaman Dhokla
In a bowl, add dhokla batter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp fruit salt, 1/8 tsp haldi and mix gently.
- Step 2
Grease a plate with 1/4 tsp oil and pour the batter.
- Step 3
Steam it for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
- Step 4
Once cooked, gently demould, cut into pieces and keep aside.
- Step 5
Cut it into even triangles and keep it aside.
- Step 6
For Tempering
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 6 kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped green chili, 1/8 tsp hing, little water and 1 tsp lemon juice.

Add tempering over the khaman dhokla.
- Step 8
For Rice Dhokla
In a bowl, add dhokla batter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger and mix well.

Grease a plate with 1/4 tsp oil and pour the batter.
- Step 10
Steam it for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.

For Sandwich
Take khaman dhokla triangle and apply mint coriander chutney.

Cover with rice dhokla triangle.
- Step 15
Repeat for all the pieces

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding coriander leaves
- Step 17
