Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 3/4 cup boiled mashed sweet potato, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 2 tsp schezwan chutney, mash and mix it well. Then from the mixture make round shape balls.
- Step 2
Take an appam maker & brush with 1/2 tsp butter, put the balls in the pan, and fry evenly on medium flame.
- Step 3
Take 2 slices of bread, spread 1/2 tsp butter on them.
- Step 4
Place prepared balls in between the 2 slices and serve it hot.
