- Step 1
Heat idli stand, add water into it.
- Step 2
Grease tray with 1 tsp oil, pour batter into tray, keep tray in idli stand, cover with lid.
- Step 3
Cook it for 7 minutes on medium flame, take out steamed idlis in a bowl and scramble them.
- Step 4
Heat 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp methi seeds, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tsp chopped kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped green chilli and allow them to crackle.
- Step 5
Pour this tadka on scrambled idli and serve hot.
