- Step 1
Grind and powder 2 tbsp oats.
- Step 2
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp suji, 2 tbsp oats powder, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp salt, water as required and make a dough. Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
- Step 3
Roll out into a thick round roti.
- Step 4
Roast on a tava, using 1 tsp oil and cook both the sides.
- Step 5
Spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce on the roti, add 1 tbsp diced onion, 4 broccoli florets, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp oregano.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 7
Place on a tava, cover and cook for 57 minutes.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
