- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup suji, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/2 tbsp butter crumble and mix well, add water and knead the soft dough & rest it for 15 minutes.
- Step 2
In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp butter, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and 1 tbsp rice flour and mix well and make a creamy paste.
- Step 3
Take a ball and roll it thin and spread the paste evenly on it and now place another rolled layer of dough on it, same process repeat for more 3 times and make 5 layer chapati now spread creamy mixture on it and roll.
- Step 4
Roll evenly and cut the roll in balls
- Step 5
Pat it and fry it in Oil
- Step 6
Make sure do not turn brown
- Step 7
Remove it from oil and sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar powder on it and Serve.
