- Step 1
In a pan add water,1/4 tsp oil,1/8 tsp salt, and bring to a boil.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup semolina and stir it to continue till thick in consistency.
- Step 3
Remove the mixture in a mixing bowl and add 1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1 tbsp chopped spinach,1/8 tsp grated ginger,1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/8 tsp cumin powder,1/8 tsp ajwain,1/8 tsp green chili paste,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 4
Knead into the soft dough and roll out into the paratha with a rolling pin.
- Step 5
Place the paratha on heated tawa and apply 1/2 tsp ghee.
- Step 6
Roast paratha from both sides and serve hot.
