For Kulcha

In a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour,1.5th tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/8 tsp salt. Knead a soft dough. Rest the dough.

For Filling

In a bowl add 2 tbsp mashed peas,1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder,1/8 tsp black til,1/8 tsp white til,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 5
Mix well. Roll the dough.
- Step 6
Fill the stuffing. Seal and fold.
- Step 7
Roll into a kulcha. Apply water.
- Step 8
Apply 2 tsp ghee.
- Step 9
Flip & cook.
- Step 10
Serve Hot. Enjoy.
