Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 4 cube paneer, saute and keep aside.
- Step 2
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp kasuri methi, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 3
Add the tomato puree, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and cook for a minute.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, mix well and cook until combines well.
- Step 5
Add the blanched vegetables, 1/8 cup diced green capsicum and mix.
- Step 6
Pour a little water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 7
Add sauteed paneer, 1/2 tbsp cream and combine well.
- Step 8
Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashews
- Step 10
Serve hot with roti or paratha.
