Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, add 2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp grated garlic ,1/4 cup minced chicken and saute well.
- Step 2
Now, add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion and 2 tsp white til.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp brown sugar, water as required and cover and cook.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding cashewnuts.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
