Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp of chopped onion,1/2 tsp of chopped green chilli and saute.
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
Now, add 1/2 tbsp moong dal, 1 cup of chopped shepu, water and mix well.
- Step 4
Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the dal cooks.
- Step 5
Sprinkle flax seeds for a nutritional twist.
