- Step 1
Take a thick bottom pan and heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
To that add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and saute the mixture well.
- Step 3
Then add 1/4 cup shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
- Step 4
Crush 1 tsp kasturi methi to the chicken.
- Step 5
For smoke
Burn a piece of coal, put it in the pan and add 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 6
Cover the pan and allow the smoke to settle.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
