- Step 1
For Tart Shell
In a bowl add crushed oats, and dates paste and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp grated lemon zest,1 tsp olive oil and mix well.
- Step 3
Press the mixture into the tart mold and refrigerate it.
- Step 4
For Shrikhand
In a mixing bowl add hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, 1/4 tsp Kesar, and 2 tbsp powdered jaggery and whisk well.
- Step 5
Add 2 tbsp chopped kiwi,1 tbsp chia seeds and mix well.
- Step 6
Transfer to the tart shell and serve.
