- Step 1
For Guacamole
Grind 1/8 cup diced avocado,1 tsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped tomato,1 no.garlic,1/8 tsp lemon juice,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt into a smooth guacamole paste.
- Step 2
For Tacos
In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 cup shredded soya chunks and saute it well.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper powder,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves.
- Step 6
To assemble, take 4 taco shells and fill the soya chunks mixture in each tacos shell.
- Step 7
Spread prepared guacamole on top of the each taco shell and garnish with 4 tbsp julienne lettuce.
- Step 8
Serve.
