Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped green chillies and saute.
- Step 2
Season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar and mix well.
- Step 3
Add the cooked rice and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 4
Top it up with 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix again.
- Step 5
Add the cooked soya chunks and cook for 2 minutes over low flame.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
