- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix it well
- Step 3
Add 3/4 cup tomato puree and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 cup soya granules, 1/4 tsp salt for taste and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6
Mix it well and serve warm.
