Steps
- Step 1
In a blender add soaked chana dal, soya granules, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp haldi and salt for taste
- Step 2
Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp fruit salt, 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well
- Step 5
Grease a plate with 1/2 tsp oil and pour the batter
- Step 6
Steam until done and set aside
- Step 7
For tadka, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, kadi patta,1 tsp chopped green chilli and 1/8 tsp hing
- Step 8
Add tempering over dhokla and cut into desired pieces
- Step 9
Serve hot with chutney
