- Step 1
First boil and keep aside 1/2 cup soya granules.
- Step 2
Also make hung Nestlé A+ Curd by straining 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd in muslin cloth and add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp ketchup to it.
- Step 3
For Frankie Base
In a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/8th tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter, and mix it well.
- Step 4
Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 5
Roll out dough into a round roti, place on a heated pan and roast from both sides.
- Step 6
For Soya Sweet Potato Mixture
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil then add 1/8th tsp jeera ,1/4th tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/8th tsp green chilli paste,1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and saute it well.
- Step 7
Add the boiled soya granules, 2.5 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp dhania powder,1/4th tsp garam masala,1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 8
Place the cooked roti and spread the prepared Nestlé A+ Curd mixture and soya sweet potato mixture over it.
- Step 9
Roll and serve.
