- Step 1
Pre Preparation
Boil 1/2 cup spaghetti.
- Step 2
For chicken
Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan and add 50 gms chicken.
- Step 3
Stir fry and add 3 broccoli florets, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum.
- Step 4
Stir fry and keep aside.
- Step 5
For spaghetti
Heat 1 tbsp butter, add 1 tbsp maida and mix.
- Step 6
Add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well to avoid lumps.
- Step 7
Then add 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic paste and mix well.
- Step 8
Add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 9
Once mixed, add stir fried vegetables and chicken and mix well.
- Step 10
Add little water, boiled spaghetti and stir well.
- Step 11
Serve hot white sauce chicken spaghetti as it is or with bread.
