- Step 1
Prepreparation
Blanch 1 cup chopped palak. Blend it with 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn to a smooth paste using little water.

Soak 1.5 tbsp dalia in hot water for 30 min. Then blend into the coarse paste and keep aside.
- Step 3
For Tikki
In a bowl, add coarse dalia, palak corn paste, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 4 tbsp oats, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, and mix well.

Add 1.5 tbsp bread crumbs and mix again.
- Step 5
Give a nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Divide the mixture into equal portion and shape each into round tikkis.
- Step 7
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and place tikkis.
- Step 8
Shallow fry the tikkis till they turn golden brown on both sides.
- Step 9
Serve hot with mint chutney.
