- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1.5 tsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic, and sauté.

Once the onions turn slightly translucent, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Once this is reduced, add 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 3/4 cup chopped palak, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, mix, and keep aside.

To make the stuffing, heat a pan, add 1.5 tsp butter, 2 tbsp maida and roast.
- Step 5
Once the maida turns light brown, add 50 ml Nestlé A+ Milk and stir to a smooth consistency.
- Step 6
Once the sauce is made, add the previously cooked corn and spinach mixture to this pan. Mix well and keep aside.

To make the roti, in a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.

Add water as required and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 9
Rolling it in ball form coat them very lightly with whole wheat flour, flatten them, and make it in a circular roti shape.
- Step 10
Heat a nonstick tava and roast roti on it. Flip and cook well on both sides.

Put a spoonful of the stuffing in the centre and spread it on one half of the roti.
- Step 12
Cover from the other side and let it cook for a few more seconds.

Take off the pan and cut it in the desired shape.
- Step 14
Serve hot.
