- Step 1
Prepreapartion
Blanch 1/2 cup palak and make smooth puree.
- Step 2
Puree 1 tbsp onion.
- Step 3
Boil 1.5 tbsp macroni.
- Step 4
For macaroni
Heat 1 tsp butter in a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp ginger, 1 tbsp pureed onion and saute.
- Step 5
Once slightly cooked, add 1/4 cup pureed spinach and saute.
- Step 6
Once it starts to simmer, add a little water, 1 tbsp corn, cooked macroni, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 7
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with cream.
- Step 8
Serve the soup piping hot.
