- Step 1
in a bowl, add 1/2 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 cup boiled mashed potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp jeera

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 3
Add hung Nestlé A+ Curd and mix everything together.
- Step 4
Take small portions, shape into kebabs and keep aside.
- Step 5
Heat 4 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry the kebabs until crispy and golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
