In a bowl, add 3 small boiled potatoes, 2 tbsp chopped palak, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1 tsp gingergarlic paste, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 tbsp suji, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, mash and mix properly.
- Step 2
Give a nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Divide into equal portions, make cutlets of the desired shape, and keep aside.
- Step 4
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and place the cutlets.
- Step 5
Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crisp and golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve hot with ketchup.
