In a bowl add 1/8 cup julienne onion,1/8 cup oats flour,1/8 cup besan,1/2 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp ajwain,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 cup chopped spinach, 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn, water as required and mix well till it combines.
- Step 2
Give a nestle twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3
Brush the appam pan with 1.5 tsp oil, add a spoonful of the thick batter and shallow fry till golden brown & crispy.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
