Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
For Dough
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and salt for taste
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Cover and rest the dough for 5 min.
- Step 4
For Filling
In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tbsp chopped spinach , 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder
- Step 5
Mix all ingredients and set aside
- Step 6
For Kulcha
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flat, round or oval shape using a rolling pin
- Step 7
Add a spoonful of paneer mixture, seal and roll into a kulcha again
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 9
Heat a tawa or skillet on mediumhigh. Place the kulcha on the hot tawa, topping side up, and cook until bubbles form.
- Step 10
Flip the kulcha and cook the other side until golden brown spots appear. Press it lightly with a spatula for even cooking.
- Step 11
Apply ghee on top and serve warm
