Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Puree 1/4 cup chopped spinach.
- Step 2
In a bowl whisk 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and spinach puree till smooth.
- Step 3
Then add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp black salt and mix it well.
- Step 4
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and roast 5 tbsp grated paneer till golden brown.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot.
- Step 6
Add roasted paneer to the raita.
- Step 7
Chill and serve.
