- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/4 cup chopped spinach, 2 tbsp mashed boiled fresh peas, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp jeera powder and salt for taste
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3
Knead into a smooth dough using water as required
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide into equal parts and roll into round paratha
- Step 6
Heat a tawa, place the paratha and roast using 1 tsp ghee on both sides evenly
- Step 7
Serve the hot paratha with a bowl of Nestlé A+ Curd.
