Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in pan, add 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion and sauté.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, spinach puree and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, cooked rice and 1/2 tsp salt for taste.
- Step 4
Mix everything well.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrots.
- Step 6
Serve hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
