In a mixing bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, soaked and mashed sago, and palak puree made by blending 1/2 tbsp chopped palak..

Roast both sides of the paratha thoroughly on a heated tawa, with 1.5 tsp ghee.

Serve hot.
