Steps
- Step 1
In a kadai, add 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp chopped potato and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and stir well.
- Step 3
Add water, cover and cook.
- Step 4
Blend to a smooth consisitency.
- Step 5
Now add 1/8th tsp soya sauce, 1/8 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Mix and serve.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
