Steps
- Step 1
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil
- Step 2
Add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
- Step 3
Add 1/4th tsp hing and saute.
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp soaked whole moong and some spices, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 5
Add cooked rice and toss well with spices.
- Step 6
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix.
- Step 7
Serve with Nestlé A+ Curd or your favorite raita.
