- Step 1
For Beetroot Tortilla
In a bowl add 2 tbsp maida,1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter, 3 tbsp grated beetroot and mix it well.
- Step 2
Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 3
Roll out dough into a round shape, place on a heated tawa and roast from both sides.
- Step 4
For Chole Mixture
In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/8th tsp jeera ,1/4th tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/8th tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute it well.
- Step 5
Add 1.5 tbsp sprouted boiled chole,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp dhania powder,1/4th tsp garam masala and 1/8th tsp salt, Mix and cook it well.
- Step 6
Place the beetroot tortilla and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and the chole mixture over it.
- Step 7
Roll it and serve.
