For Tikki
In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans and stir fry.

Take a bowl, add in mashed moong sprouts , stir fried vegetables , 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

and (Nestle Twist) and mix all ingredients well.

Make into a round shape tikki.
- Step 5
Heat 1 tsp oil and shallow fry tikki until golden brown,

For Burger
Cut 1 burger bun into half, apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 lettuce leaf
- Step 7
put a tikki .
- Step 8
Now add 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices and 1 capsicum slice.
- Step 9
Cover the filling with other burger bun and serve fresh.
