- Step 1
Take a mixing bowl and add 1/4 cup boiled and mashed potatoes, 3.5 tbsp sprouted boiled whole moong, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp grated cheese along with 1/8th tsp mixed herbs, mix properly by hand.
- Step 2
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make small balls of the batter and pat it gently to make the desired shape of the fritters.
- Step 3
Heat 2 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.
- Step 4
Shallow fry the fritters on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
